Sue McShane Paul has extensive experience as an occupational therapist working with adult patients with all types of physical and neurological diagnoses. She was Board Certified in Geriatrics through the American Occupational Therapy Association from 2001 to 2007, and has specialized in the management and treatment of persons with dementia for more than 10 years. Sue is the creator and author of the Head, Hands and Heart Program, the cornerstone of dementia therapy with HomeCare Rehab and Nursing.

Dr John Baker, PT, MA, GCS, NCS, NDT, DScPT

John Baker received his Masters of Art in College Science Teaching from the University of Maryland in 1986, his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 1990 and his Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in December of 2004. He has been trained in N.D.T./Bobath in the treatment of Adult Hemiplegia in 1994. In June of 2004, he became a Board Certified Specialist in both Neurologic Physical Therapy and Geriatric Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Baker founded HomeCare Rehab and Nursing, LLC in 2002.
